How to Sign Up as a New User

1. Navigate to the Tactplan sign-in page for your application (Schedule, Control, or Mobile).
2. Enter your email address in the email field and click Sign In.
3. Check your email inbox for the authentication code.
4. Copy the verification code and enter it in the code field, then click Sign In.
5. Complete the account creation form with the following information:
   • First Name (required, maximum 50 characters)
   • Last Name (required, maximum 50 characters)
   • Phone (optional, 8-15 characters, numbers and +, space, or - allowed)
   • Language (required)
6. Click Sign Up to create your account.

You'll be signed in automatically and redirected to the projects page in your selected language.

How to Sign In as an Existing User

1. Navigate to the Tactplan sign-in page.
2. Enter your email address and click Sign In.
3. Check your email inbox for the authentication code.
4. Copy the verification code and enter it in the code field, then click Sign In.

You'll be signed in and redirected to the projects page.

Troubleshooting: If you enter an incorrect or expired authentication code, you'll see an error message: "Token is invalid or expired. Please try to sign in again." Your email address will remain in the email field for convenience. Authentication codes expire after 10 minutes.

How to Change Your Language

1. On the sign-in page, locate the language selector at the bottom of the form.
2. Click the current language to open the dropdown menu.
3. Select your preferred language from the available options.

The language will update immediately for both the sign-in page and the application interface.

How to Sign Out

1. Click your user profile icon in the top-right corner of the application.
2. Select Sign Out from the dropdown menu.

You'll be signed out and redirected to the sign-in page.
