How to Display the Cash Flow Graph
Prerequisites: Link positive and negative cost items to tasks before viewing the cash flow graph.
- Navigate to Takt Time or Flowline view.
- Click the Show cash flow graph button in the toolbar.
- Hover over the cash flow graph to view detailed values based on your linked cost items.
- Apply filters to adjust the displayed cash flow values as needed.
How to Adjust the Cash Flow Graph Height
- Enable Show cash flow graph.
- Click Show cash flow graph height.
- Drag the slider to adjust the height:
- Minimum height: 20
- Maximum height: 100
How to View Accumulated Cash Flow
- Enable Show cash flow graph.
- Click Accumulate.
The graph will display accumulated cash flow values over time, showing a constant value where no new positive or negative costs are added.
How to Summarize Cash Flow by Time Period
- Enable Show cash flow graph.
- Click Summarize by time period.
- Select your preferred time period:
- Week - Cash flow summarized weekly
- Month - Cash flow summarized monthly
- Quarter - Cash flow summarized quarterly
- Year - Cash flow summarized annually
Tip: You can enable both Accumulate and Summarize by time period simultaneously to view accumulated values organized by your chosen time period.
How to Print the Cash Flow Graph
- Enable Show cash flow graph.
- Click Print in the toolbar.
- Configure your print settings.
- Click Update preview to review.
- Click Print to generate your document.
The printed output will reflect all active cash flow graph options and your selected print settings.
