How to Export Table Data to a Spreadsheet
- Navigate to the Table view in your schedule using the left-hand side navigation.
- Click the Export icon in the toolbar (upload arrow icon) to open the export options panel.
- Select your preferred Decimal separator — either Comma or Dot — from the dropdown.
- Choose one of the following export methods:
- Copy to clipboard — copies the data instantly so you can paste it directly into a spreadsheet.
- Save to file — downloads the data as a CSV file to your browser's default Downloads folder.
How to Paste Clipboard Data into a Spreadsheet
- Open Excel or Google Sheets.
- Click the cell where you want to insert the data.
- Paste the data using Ctrl+V (Windows) / Cmd+V (Mac), or right-click and select Paste.
How to Open a CSV File in a Spreadsheet
- Locate the downloaded CSV file in your Downloads folder.
- Open or import the file in Excel or Google Sheets:
- Excel: Go to File > Open and select the CSV file, or use Data > From Text/CSV to import it.
- Google Sheets: Go to File > Import and upload the CSV file.
- Verify that headers, data, and decimal separators appear correctly in the spreadsheet.
Tip: If decimal values appear incorrectly in your spreadsheet, check that the decimal separator selected during export matches your spreadsheet application's regional settings.
