How to Add a Supplier
- Navigate to Setup > Suppliers and click the Add icon (+) in the toolbar.
- Enter a Name for the supplier — this field is required before the supplier can be added.
- Optionally, fill in any of the following fields:
- Address
- Postal code
- Country — select from the dropdown list
- Contact name
- Contact email — must be a valid email address
- Click Add to confirm. The supplier appears in the list.
How to Edit a Supplier
- Navigate to Setup > Suppliers.
- Double-click the supplier you want to edit. The Edit supplier dialog opens.
- Update any of the available fields: Name, Address, Postal code, Country, Contact name, or Contact email.
- Click Update to apply your changes.
How to Delete a Supplier
Delete a single supplier
- Navigate to Setup > Suppliers.
- Right-click the supplier you want to remove and select Delete. The supplier is removed from the list.
Delete multiple suppliers
- Navigate to Setup > Suppliers.
- Select the suppliers you want to delete by clicking their checkboxes.
- Click the Delete icon in the toolbar. A confirmation dialog lists the suppliers about to be deleted.
- Click Delete to confirm. The selected suppliers are removed.
