How to Copy a Schedule

1. Right-click on the schedule you want to copy.
2. Select Copy from the menu.

Note: The copied schedule will appear with the name "[Schedule name] - Copy" in your schedule list.

How to Copy a Schedule from Another Project

1. Click the more icon (three dots) in the schedule list.
2. Select Copy schedule from...
3. Choose the Organization, Project, and Schedule you want to copy.
4. Click Copy to complete the action.

Note: The copy will not include any branch schedules.

How to Create a Branch Schedule

1. Right-click on the parent schedule.
2. Select Create branch from the menu.

Copy to the same level:

1. Right-click on the branch schedule.
2. Select Copy from the menu.

The copied schedule will appear at the same level as the original branch with the name "[Schedule name] - Copy".

Copy to root level:

1. Right-click on the branch schedule.
2. Select Copy to root from the menu.

The copied schedule will appear at the root level with the name "[Schedule name] - Copy".

How to Overwrite a Parent Schedule with a Branch

1. Make the necessary changes in your branch schedule.
2. Right-click on the branch schedule.
3. Select Overwrite parent from the menu.
4. Confirm the action.

When you copy or create a branch of a schedule, all of the following data and settings are transferred:

• Schedule settings
• Locations and sublocations
• Suppliers, resources, and their links
• Calendars and holidays
• Tags
• Quantities (with different location precisions) and their task links
• Cost items and all associated links (quantities, tasks, and tags)
• Tasks and subtasks (with different location precisions), including codes, split subtasks, and internal buffers
• Milestones
• Resource and task links
• Tag and task links
• Progress data
• Dependencies (both general and specific, with different location precisions)
• Saved filters
• Summary tasks
• Subtask and calendar links
• Location orders
