How to Add a Tag
- Navigate to Setup > Tags.
- Click the Add button (+) in the toolbar.
- Enter a unique name for the tag in the Name field.
- Click Add to confirm.
Note: The Name field is required. If you try to add a tag without a name, you will see the message "This field is required." If the name already exists, you will see "This tag already exists."
How to Edit a Tag
- Navigate to Setup > Tags.
- Double-click the tag you want to edit. The Edit tag dialog opens.
- Update the name as needed.
- Click Update to apply your changes.
How to Delete a Tag
- Navigate to Setup > Tags.
- Right-click the tag you want to remove.
- Select Delete from the context menu.
How to Add a Tag to a Task
- Navigate to Scheduling and select the task you want to tag.
- Open Task Details and go to the General tab.
- Click the tags field and select the tag you want to assign.
- To remove a tag from the task, click the ✕ next to the tag name.
