How to View Project Users
- Click on a project from the organization page.
- View the Invited table showing pending invitations.
- View the Project users table showing active users with their name, email, role, and phone number.
- Click the Close button to exit the modal.
Note: The Projects tab is only available to organization Admins. Members and Guests cannot access this section.
How to Invite Users to a Project
- Click the Invite users button.
- Enter the user's email address in the email field.
- Select a role from the dropdown: Manager, Planner, or Viewer.
- Click the + button to add another user, or click Send invitations to complete the process.
Important: If you're a Member or Guest inviting a user with a role that requires approval (such as Planner), the invitation status will show "Requires approval from an admin of the organization."
Valid email requirements
- Email must be in a valid format.
- Email cannot already be associated with the project.
How to Manage Invited Users
- Locate the user in the Invited table.
- Right-click on the user's row.
- Select Change role and choose Manager, Planner, or Viewer.
- Or select Remove invitation to cancel the pending invite.
What happens when users respond to invitations
- Accept: The user is moved from the Invited table to the Project users table.
- Decline: The invitation is removed from the Invited table.
How to Manage Project User Roles
- Locate the user in the Project users table.
- Right-click on the user's row.
- Select Change role and choose Manager, Planner, or Viewer.
Role permissions
- Manager: Full project access and user management.
- Planner: Can edit schedules and tasks.
- Viewer: Read-only access to schedules.
How to Remove Users from a Project
- Locate the user in the Project users table.
- Right-click on the user's row.
- Select Remove.
Note: Removed users will no longer see the project and cannot access it directly via URL.
How to Filter Projects
- Click the Filter button.
- Enter search criteria in the search bar:
- Project name
- Project code
- Email address (updated by)
- View the filtered results.
