Copying a Single Task
- Navigate to Scheduling - Takt Time.
- Click the copy icon on the task you want to copy. The outline of the icon turns orange.
- Double-click the copy icon. The entire icon box turns orange.
- Select Copy selected. A copy of the task is created without any dependencies.
Copying Multiple Tasks
- Select multiple tasks by clicking on them.
- Click the copy icon.
- Select Copy selected. Copies of all selected tasks are created.
Copying Tasks with Dependencies
Note: You can choose how dependencies are handled when copying tasks.
Add Dependency to Copied Task
- Select a task that has a dependency.
- Click the copy icon.
- Select Dependency options.
- Choose Add dependency to copied task.
- Click Copy selected. A copy is created with a Finish-to-Start (FS) dependency linking the original task to the copied task.
This option also works when copying multiple tasks with dependencies.
Copy Dependencies to Copied Tasks
- Select a task that has a dependency.
- Click the copy icon.
- Select Copy dependencies to copied tasks.
- Click Copy selected. A copy is created with the same dependencies as the original task.

Copy Dependencies between Copied Tasks
- Select a task that has a dependency.
- Click the copy icon.
- Select Copy dependencies between copied tasks.
- Click Copy selected. A copy is created with copies of dependencies between the new tasks.
This option also works when copying multiple tasks with dependencies.
